Terms of Use
Effective 22 October 2026 · Last updated 22 October 2026
Please read these terms before using OnTra. By creating an account or using OnTra you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use OnTra.
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Passhai Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (CIN U62011UP2025PTC237086), registered office Plot No. A4, Logix Technova, Sector 132, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar – 201304, Uttar Pradesh, India ("Passhai", "we", "us"), for the use of the OnTra app and the website at dwll.space ("OnTra"). They are published under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
2. Who can use OnTra
- You must be 18 or over and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
- One account per person. Your account is personal: don't share it, sell it or let anyone else use it.
- You may not use OnTra if we have previously removed you from it, or if the law forbids it.
3. Your account
- You sign in with a Google account. Keep it secure; you are responsible for what happens through your account.
- Your handle can't be changed once chosen. Don't choose one that impersonates someone, misleads, or infringes another's rights.
- Information you give us, including your home, should be honest. OnTra works only if people are where they say they are.
4. A service in testing
OnTra is in private testing. Features may change, pause or be removed, data may on rare occasions be reset during testing (we tell testers before we do), and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We will try to give notice of changes that matter to you.
5. Your content
- It's yours. You keep ownership of the posts, pictures, videos, words and other content you share ("your content").
- Permission you give us. So that OnTra can work, you give Passhai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, adapt (for example resize or re-save a picture) and display your content, only to operate and improve OnTra and only to the audience you choose. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from copies in backups until they are overwritten and anything we must keep by law.
- Your responsibility. Share only content you have the right to share, and only pictures of people who are happy to be in them. Don't share another person's home, routine or exact whereabouts without their agreement.
- Songs you add come from Openverse under their own licences, which may require credit; OnTra shows the credit with the song.
6. Community rules
OnTra is for sharing what you are up to and meeting people around you. You must not use it to:
- harass, threaten, stalk, bully or intimidate anyone, or follow someone to a place against their wishes;
- share or seek someone's home, routine, real-time location or other personal details without their consent;
- post content that is unlawful, obscene, sexually explicit, or that sexually exploits or endangers children in any way;
- post content that is hateful or discriminatory, promotes violence or self-harm, or incites an offence;
- impersonate a person or organisation, or mislead people about who you are;
- post false Field Reports, fake posts or fake locations, spam, scams or advertising;
- use fake-location apps, emulators, bots, scripts or several accounts to cheat OnTra, its places, Flares, Field Reports or Miles;
- infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights;
- copy, scrape, reverse engineer or interfere with OnTra, its servers or other people's use of it, or get around its limits and protections;
- break any law, including the content restrictions in Rule 3(1)(b) of the Intermediary Rules, 2021.
7. Places, distances and safety
- Places, distances, times by foot or road, heights, weather and Field Reports are estimates from map data and from other people. They can be wrong or out of date. Check for yourself before you rely on them, especially in the mountains, on the road or at night.
- Meeting people you find on OnTra is your choice and your responsibility. Meet in public, tell someone where you are going, and leave if you feel unsafe.
- OnTra is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 112 or use your phone's own emergency features.
- Don't use OnTra while driving. At driving speed, typing waits until you say you are a passenger.
8. Flares, Field Reports and Miles
Flares and Miles are part of how OnTra works. They have no monetary value, can't be bought, sold, exchanged or transferred, and aren't property. We may change how they are earned or shown, or reset them, and we may remove ones gained by cheating.
9. Reports and enforcement
- Anyone can report a post, message or person. Pictures are checked automatically before others see them.
- We may remove content, limit features (for example make an account read-only for a time), or suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or the law. Where we can, we start softly, explain why, and let you put things right; we act at once where someone's safety is at risk or the law requires it.
- We act on court orders and lawful directions from authorities, and remove unlawful content within the times the law sets.
- If you think we got something wrong, write to us (section 16).
10. OnTra's property
OnTra, its name, logo, stickers, emoji, design and software belong to Passhai or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for yourself as these terms allow. Don't copy, modify or redistribute OnTra or its parts.
Ideas and feedback you send us may be used freely, with no obligation to you.
11. Other services
OnTra uses and links to services run by others, such as Google sign-in, Google Maps and Openverse. Their own terms apply to them, and we aren't responsible for them. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL).
12. Disclaimers and liability
- OnTra is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, or that content from other people is accurate or safe.
- We aren't responsible for content other people share, or for what happens between you and other people, on or off OnTra.
- To the extent the law allows, Passhai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of data, profit or goodwill, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to OnTra is limited to ₹1,000.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under Indian law.
- You agree to compensate Passhai for losses caused by your breach of these terms or of the law, to the extent the law allows.
13. Ending your use
You can stop using OnTra and delete your account at any time from Settings › Your data (see how to delete your account). We may suspend or end your access as section 9 describes, or if we stop providing OnTra, giving notice where we reasonably can. Sections 5 (for copies we must keep), 10, 12, 15 and 16 continue after your account ends.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as OnTra changes. We update the "Last updated" date and, for changes that matter, tell you in the app before they apply. If you keep using OnTra after a change applies, you accept the updated terms; if you don't agree, you can delete your account.
15. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights you have as a consumer, the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, please write to us so we can try to resolve the matter.
