Delete your account

You can delete your OnTra account and everything in it at any time.

In the app (immediate)

1. Open OnTra and go to You, then the settings gear.
2. Under Your data, tap Delete my account.
3. Type your handle to confirm and tap Delete everything.

It happens straight away and can't be undone. Tap Download my data first if you'd like a copy.

What is deleted

Your profile and handle, your posts with their pictures and videos (the files are removed from storage), your Inbox, homes and places, messages, bonfire messages, crews, Flares and Field Reports, Miles, Lanterns, blocks and your sign-in. Other people stop seeing any of it.

If you can't open the app

Write to connect@dwll.space from the email address you sign in with, with the subject Delete my OnTra account. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What we may keep

Encrypted backups can hold a copy for a short time; they are overwritten on a rolling basis within 35 days. We keep anything else only if the law requires it. See the Privacy Policy.
